PerfOps often applies Goldratt’s TOC (Theory of Constraints) to warehouse operations for purposes of optimization. When WMS functionality is not inherently part of an ERP solution, we are experts at designing and implementing integrations to ERP. For modern systems, such integration costs have dropped due to the advent of standardized interfaces, but knowing how much automation to implement, how to operate and maintain such interfaces is part of our skill set. When involved from the start we will ensure such integrations are well-planned and executed to success. This helps users envision the new solution while ensuring technology partners keep your environment in mind while configuring the system (a point which is often missed).
