Many times some of the key resources may be already untapped in the client’s team, and we can accelerate their development, thereby retaining resources which may otherwise be lost while both succeeding and enhancing the strength of the client team. Where client resources are not available then we look to contractors currently servicing the client, within the PerfOps ranks, with the last resort to search for new candidates. We can work with the owner’s HR team, recruiters we know and trust, or conduct our own searches, at the client’s preference.
